Grandparents’ Day was a very important day in our school this year. We welcomed the grandparents of Junior and Senior Infants to our classroom. Fr. Harry led a Prayer Service thanking grandparents for all they do. Pupils presented their Grandparents with a lovely card.
February 12th – Sacrament of Reconciliation
May 9th – First Holy Communion
May 16th – Confirmation
On Tuesday, January 27th some pupils from our school will take part in the indoor hurling tournament in Cratloe.

Catholic School Week 2015 commences on Sunday, January 25 2015 and will run until Sunday, February 1, 2015. Grandparents’ Day will be celebrated on Thursday, January 29th and grandparents of pupils in Infants are welcome to come to our classroom for a Prayer Service. Senior pupils will make St Bridget’s Crosses.

A Status Red Weather Warning has been issued for our region and in the interests of health and safety Kilmurry N.S. will remain closed tomorrow, Thursday January 15th. School will reopen on Friday, January 16th.
Kilmurry National School is now accepting applications for enrolment of junior infants for Sept 2015. Please contact the school office if you need an application form.
