Katie performed really well in the Minimus Championships recently.
Kilmurry N.S. will close for summer holidays on Wednesday, June 28th.
Our school will reopen on Wednesday, August 30th.

On the Monday, June 26th, the pupils of Sixth and Fifth class will be selling Kilmurry Water Bottles. These bottles will be for sale between one o’clock and three o’clock at a cost of €3.50 for one bottle and €6 for two – as a special offer!
We have been working on this project all year as a part of the Junior Entrepreneur Program (JEP). This idea originated with Luke McGee and Sam Hamilton.

In order to celebrate the raising of the Green School Biodiversity Flag and the Active School flag Ms. Donnelly invited William, a member of the Banner Beekeeper’s Club to visit our school.
To celebrate the Kilmurry Green Schools Diversity award, all classes assembles in our Sow ‘n Grow garden. The members of the Green School Committee raised the green flag and the members of the Active School Committee raised the Active School flag. Carmel from the Kilmurry Tidy Towns Committee addressed the pupils and thanked them for their work to date. The pupils were also encouraged to continue to care for these flowers.
William, a member of the Banner Beekeepers Association, visited our school and shared his love of the bees with the pupils.
