Congratulations to all the pupils who exhibited their projects today. Thanks to all who helped and supported the pupils and sincere thanks to the judges who came to study these projects. Hearty congratulations to John and Doire whose project was chosen to forward to the next stage of the competition. The project completed by Diarmad, Sam James and Oisin was also highly commended by the judges.

Pupils in our Senior Classes prepared and presented their projects this afternoon.The judges from Intel were very impressed. Sincere thanks to all involved.
The pupils of Third and Fourth Class, accompanied by their teacher Ms. Garry visited Seedsavers today. The pupils tasted various types of apples, made apple juice and saved some seeds.
On Tuesday, May 30th, the pupils in the senior classes explored Ballycar stream.
Rob Stevens, an engineer, visited our school.
Two members of the Inland Fisheries Board visited the pupils in Fifth and Sixth Classes.

During Science Week Mr. Michael Browne visited Ms. Garry’s class and guided their exploration of air and water by helping the pupils carry out lots of experiments. The pupils learned a lot and really enjoyed the session. Thanks to Ms. Garry and Mr. Browne.
